NAIDOC Week celebrations are held around the country each July to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The week is celebrated not just in our Indigenous communities but also in increasing number of government agencies, community organisations, local councils, workplaces, schools and sporting.

NAIDOC Week will be held from 8 to 15 July 2018.

THEME: Because of Her, We Can!

This years theme celebrates the essential role that women have played – and continue to play – as active and significant role models at the community, local, state and national levels.
