New Printing of Gadi Mirrabooka - The Dreamtime - Australian Aboriginal Stories from the Dreaming - Helen McKay

New Printing of
Australian Aboriginal Storytelling

The first edition of Gadi Mirrabooka sold out in 2010 before I knew it. Sadly I had sold the last copy that I had, believing I would receive a new one in the next shipment from the publishers.

The next shipment did not arrive when expected causing a flood of explanations from the publishers, but no books.

A new print was produced but when it arrived it was unfortunately of comparatively low quality. I rejected it, asking for it to be reprinted at the same high quality as the first edition.

I then purchased a copy from Amazon thinking it would be the first edition. Sadly, it was one of the second printing - low quality.

Fortunately, after about a hundred emails, a further printing has been produced which is the same beautiful quality as the first edition.

This beautiful book is now finally in stock in Australia and is offered for sale again on this website.

Helen McKay

Gadi Mirrabooka, which means "below the Southern Cross," is a book introducing wonderful tales from the Dreamtime, the mystical period of Australian Aboriginal beginning.
